The main premise of 10’s or Better is to draw out 5 poker cards, and use the combination of this hand to try and earn winnings. The higher the value of the hand that is drawn, the higher the payout the player will receive at the end of the game.

Most machines display a paytable that shows the payout combinations, which players can use as a reference once their hand is drawn. When the hand has been drawn, players are able to either hold on to the cards they have, or replace a select number of cards in the hand from the deck.
